Desiderata
I really love this poem because this speaks nuggets of wisdom about life. Desiderata reminds us to be very thankful of the gifts that our Creator has given us. It also tells us that each one of us has stories to tell and should be listened to. On the other hand, it emphasizes that we are given the opportunities to be happy. Live life! Be happy! If life brings you to tragedies, fight! Give it your best shot. Life is never perfect. It contains not just happiness and joy; it has troubles and pains. These bad things exist because they are intended to make you a better person. Failures are part of our life. But no matter what happens, we are never deprived of the choice to smile and be happy.
